Estimated delivery after dispatch:

- Other locations: 5–10 business days
Customized jewellery may take longer.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If undelivered, the package may be returned to us.

We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete contact details

If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos/video immediately
