1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of handcrafted and customized jewellery, we do not offer refunds unless the product is:
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect item delivered
- Has a manufacturing defect
To request a refund:
- Email us at houseoflune17@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach photos/video of the item and packaging
- Provide your order number
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or engraved jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards and discounted items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
